INDUSTRY STANDARDS AND ETHICS
You may have found out by now that there seems to be a lot of competition in the process agent business. After 15 years of being in this business we would have to agree. There are no assumed standards for providers in this industry, but we have found that some providers are better than others. No matter what you may think of the nation’s process agent providers, we at AllAmerican believe this industry must be held to the highest moral values. AllAmerican upholds a code of ethics that we feel should apply to all providers in this industry.
CODE OF ETHICS
As a process agent provider for the Transportation Industry the greatest principle we have is our infinite responsibility to our subscribers. Our subscribers’ orders must be handled promptly and accurately as well as every service of process. In meeting our subscribers’ needs, everything we do must be of the highest quality and integrity, always lending recognition to our industry. We must never misrepresent ourselves as someone we are not to our subscribers, nor should we ever take advantage of someone who has little knowledge of the processes we are helping them complete. What we say and how we conduct ourselves with the people who actually serve process upon our agents must not compromise our subscribers, or the transportation industry whatsoever.
We are responsible to our employees and agents, the men and women who work with us. Everyone must be considered as an individual. We must respect their dignity and recognize their merit. They must have a sense of security with their jobs and compensation must be fair and adequate. Working conditions must be clean, orderly and safe. We must be mindful of ways to help our employees fulfill their family responsibilities. Employees must feel free to make suggestions and complaints. There must be equal opportunity for employment, development and advancement for those qualified. We must provide competent management and their actions must be just and ethical.
We need to be responsible to the communities in which we live and work. We must be good citizens by supporting good works and charities and we must pay our fair share of taxes. We must encourage civic improvements and better education for our communities. We must maintain in good order the property we are privileged to use protecting the environment and natural resources.
Our final responsibility is to our company. Our company must make a sound profit. What we say or do with our subscribers or agents must not compromise our company in any way. We must experiment with new ideas. Research must be carried on, innovative programs developed and mistakes must be paid for. New equipment must be purchased, new facilities provided and new products and services launched. Reserves must be created to provide for adverse times. We must constantly strive to reduce our cost of doing business in order to maintain these reserves. In providing our company with services and supplies our vendors also must have the opportunity to make a fair return. When we operate according to these principles, the company should realize a fair profit.

in any way whatsoever as long as we are a
Transportation Process Agent Provider.
