NAME / ADDRESS CHANGES
As your process agent provider, we must be kept informed of any changes to the authority name and/or address. Failure to notify us of changes to your authority information releases us from any liability in connection with service of papers.
First - Notify the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration of any change to your authority name and/or address by contacting them directly at 1-202-385-2423.
Second - Contact our office at 1-888-447-9118 with your new information. We will update our records, submit a new BOC-3 filing to the FMCSA, and provide you with a corrected BOC-3 listing for your files. There is a $70.00 fee for processing the change.
Remember, any change to your authority information needs to be updated with all filings that are associated with that authority (ie: DOT, insurance, state permits, etc.). Failure to notify us of changes to your authority information releases us from any liability in connection with service of papers.
